Cabernet Sauvignon 2005

Banksia Grove Central Heathcote vineyard was established 30 years ago with Cabernet Sauvignon. The restrained herbaceous aromas of the Cabernet grape combined with maturation in French oak are a perfect foil for the rich and complex berry flavours on the palate. Whilst drinking well now this wine will undergo further improvement over the next 6 to 8 years.
