Banksia Grove Central Heathcote Shiraz vines were established over 30 years ago. We hand tend these older vines, producing low quantities of exceptionally high quality fruit. Wine lovers worldwide recognize the marriage of Shiraz with Central Heathcote as the apex in the search for the perfect Terroir. French Oak maturation enriches this full-bodied Shiraz. With excellent fruit, acid and tannin balance and exceptional length, extended cellaring is envisaged.
