Shiraz 2005

Banksia Grove Central Heathcote Shiraz vines were established over 30 years ago. We hand tend these older vines, producing low quantities of exceptionally high quality fruit. Grown in the famous Terroir of the Heathcote region, this Shiraz shows delightful pepper aromas enhanced by French oak maturation. The palate displays the intense mocha and licorice flavours you would expect to find on a classic Heathcote Shiraz.
